So many questions! And such a wonderfully intriguing start. It's just begging to be added to! Hear it begging? I can! (or is that me....)
I'd love more chapters, and am willing to buy your muse a crate-load of M&M's to help towards that end.
Loved the dark doppelganger in the mirror and that evil smile, and loved the super-creepy house set against the backdrop of the coming storm, just to really set the scene. And am totally intrigued by Sam's dream about the place, and why, since it's obviously not a door to Purgatory as he first thought.
I am hereby turning on the full puppy eyes in the fond hope that you'll consider expanding this into more chapters to explore all these unanswered questions you've left us with.
