There were too many issues brought up (ie: what job had them on the road all the time, more feelings he had being on the road with Dean, etc) that the good doctor, being it's his job to delve, would definitely have delved into rather than let Sam give such generic responses. The way Sam acted when he came back out to Dean in the show, I think his talk with the doc had gotten him fired up over what they had discussed. Sorry, I just was not satisfied with the ending. But I appreciated your work on the story just the same.

too bad Sam didn't feel the need to protect Dean when Ellicott put in his little appearance at the asylum....Dean would have suffered far less wouldn't he???

I actually just finished rewatching that episode today on DVD. It's kind of funny because as I watched it, I was always wondering what Sam could've have possibly said to Ellicott. I figured it was something like what you had down here, but your interpretation of it was way better than mine could've been.
Good job! :) I liked it.

I agree Armaita - greatest weakness and greatest strength. Their bond chafes them both sometimes, but it seems to be unbreakable ..... that's why we love them so! Well done!
