Rae, Bravo! Perfect ending to a wonderfully devilish ride! Who else could write such an evil story as this and wrap it up with words such as "its wide doggy grin!!" I truly enjoyed this ending as all humans are given the choice to live in either the light or darkness and Dean, no matter if his day truly went "to hell in a handbasket" made his choice, his sacrifice. Your words of "you're a good man Dean Winchester" was a prefect way to wrap this story up. Carry on very talented author, Pook

Rae, Such a fitting way to bring this story to its eventual end. Lucifer has definitely changed, always deep inside was our Dean, the fallen angel. The choice he makes without hesitation, choosing to give up everything, Lucifer and Dean alike, to save Sam - to sacrifice himself(themselves). Truly great writing, Pook

Rae, Something is not quite right with the Prince of Darkness - everything about him still seems to have a humanly response. Lucifer should not be mourning the loss of a human, yet he does. Lucifer experiences a deep sense of heartache when he believes Sam is gone, yet he does. Lucifer believing Sam is dead should not feel that a piece of himself has died as well, yet he does! You seem to ever so subtly present a case in God's court that maybe there is hope for "Dean's renewal and change. Beautiful, Pook

Rae, I think all of us at one time or another has thought of Dean as a misguided angel - not perfect but still wanting to do the right thing. You've given us "devilish" hints of this throughout Dean's ordeal - his need not to have Sam see the things he would have to do during battle; his ability to cry with open flowing tears for the loss of his brother and his choice to give in to evil. Well ... we have all make a mistake or two! Great story, Pook

Absolutely loved this! Such an epic story, I'll definitely read this whole thing again someday. The end of the world was awesome and well written. It also really made sense 'cause Sam's death is the end of Dean's world and if Dean was Lucifer, of course it would be the end of the 'real' world as well. I seriously gasped when I read about the deal Dean was making. I was scared this would end like that, Dean and Sam separated forever! That would be pure horror! So thanks for saving them (and me), I would've been crying if this had ended that sadly. This last chapter is one of my favourites in this story. "More than anything he wanted to tackle Sam, pulling him into a hug just like when they were kids and the youngest was getting to that ‘older siblings are embarrassing’ stage. He wanted to tell Sam how much he loved him and how sorry he was for everything that had happened, but as he continued to just stare, he began to realise that to Sam none of it had happened. So he didn’t dare. If Sam didn’t know, he didn’t want Sam to know… and he didn’t want to give him anything that would make him suspicious. And Dean Winchester shows of affection for no reason was suspicious." "Dean squirmed away, trying to act as though everything was normal and he wanted it to be so badly, if only he knew what was normal now and what wasn’t" Those parts made my heart flutter! You described Dean's feelings very amazingly. Wow. And the ending was brilliant too, loved your song choice, 'Sympathy for the Devil' and Sam's amused reaction but sincere answer to Dean's concerned question. *happy sigh* Thanks for the ride, it was really enjoyable. Please don't ever stop writing, you're so great at it.

He he, I very nearly changed my mind to end it with them seperate and pick it up again later, but I decided it needed this ending instead (the original), he he. I really wanted Dean to give Sam a hug, but I couldn't do it in a way that would differ from Mystery Spot and so when I thought about it, I decided that if he did hug him... Sam would get suspicious anyway, he he. So I'm glad you liked those parts. And the Sam and Dean convo at the end has been half formed in my head for... too long really, that it was weird finally getting it out. Thank you so much for your words! It means so much to me and is such great encouragement. I'm just really glad that you enjoyed the story as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Fantastic ending. Loved the conversation between Dean and Jeremial and that Ripper is just fine, I liked that dog, lol. Dean remembered everything but for Sam and all the others it was lke nothing ever happened, great twist.Thanks Rae for this exciting ride, I enjoyed it start to end.
