oh!  Sam was in Heaven?  and Dean was there too?  or ...maybe dying ...huh.....pretty clever!

Author's Response: Yep, you've got it right! Sam went to Heaven after falling into the cage and all of Dean's memories are memories that are in his Heaven with the real Sam.

I really, really liked it.  First, Sam and Dean were together in Dean's 'dreams', and then they are together in heaven.
