What a clever idea for a story. I wonder if anyone else picked up on next year being leap year? Hmmm...Kripke's got something up his sleeve I'll bet.

That was just so beautiful. I loved the calendar analogy, and that awful feeling of time running out. It's a funny thing, but I spent all of season 2 feeling so sad for Dean - even though it was Sam who the demon had "plans" for. But this new situation - and your story - make me feel sorry for Sam.....because now he is the one facing the loss of his brother. Something Dean fought so hard to prevent.... and only managed by sacrificing his own life. Great work, thank you!

Wow! I'm going to be so disappointed if Sam doesn't take Dean to the Grand Canyon - especially if it comes right down to the wire on the show. I think you got Dean just right - just like a five year old, no question!
