Sam all drugged up seems so adorable, but poor Dean having to keep Sam from hurting himself more. Loved this! Loved Dean's concern for his brother.

I know I read this before, but it doesn't matter. I'm glad I came across it again here. It was well worth reading again and it was so awesome. I love drugged out of his head Sam.
