Dean also knows that Sammy doesn't cover his right side as much as he should so he always stays on that side of him in a fight.  Very specific information that Dean probably would know.  Cool that you thought of it!

Dean also knows every scar that Sammy and John has.  He would-- he probably stitched all of them. 

Dean also knows that the most important thing he ever learnt was that holding back tears really only hurts the first time.  Awww, how sad! 

I like that the first thing he learned was the Impala's license plate numbers.
