Thank you for your kind review. I'm overjoyed to hear that you think I captured the moment I was striving to express here. I would say I'm sorry about making you misty eyed but that was sort of my intention to provoke those feelings from people. I'm glad there was a smile in there though, it's another sign I was able to do my job well. ^^

A bit melancholy. Feels kinda hopeless. Quite grim, but also quite good!

Melancholy. Hopeless. Grim. All of these were my focus and intention. I'm a bit of a romantic when it comes to darker things and like the grim resolve that one has when faced with the impossible. Doom stares at them and they stare back and even though they're broken and afraid they defy it and laugh in it's face till the end.

Yes. Bleak but beautifully expressed. It rings true and makes the heart feel heavy with the inevitability. However, as much as I believe the Winchesters are doomed to lose this battle, it is Supernatural after all, and perhaps they can still win the war. As you suggested we yearn for that glimmer of hope even in midst despair.

Author's Response: Thank you very much for your review. I believe they can win the war because they're just that stubborn. Lol. To do it though will take something extraordinary. I'm very much looking forward to seeing it unfold.
