The glee Dean shows as he's taking the knife into the kitchen is a little disturbing....Once again, you've got some clever ideas for Dean to make things work.  I like the therapy ideas too.

Dean could be demoralized but no he found creativ ways to do things by himself. Sweet moment between Sam and Dean at the end of the chapter. Can't wait to read more.
