Phew - that was a grim ending for Sam, and no hope for the real Dean out there in Bobby's yard, all alone and empty. Let's hope the writers have a better ending in mind or we will all be gibbering wrecks by the time this season finishes!

Great tags. It'd be great if the episodes were 90 minutes long so we could see scenes like you described. They would fit perfectly. You did a wonderful job filling in the gaps.
