I loved it! Thank goodness for Bobby. Without Bobby there, I don't think Dean would have ever walked again. Sometimes I just want to smack John over his head. I can understand why Dean didn't tell Sam, and hopefully, Sam will truly understand why. Loved that Dean was able to get his GED and graduate walking. I was irked that John wasn't there (again!). Thanks for the great story.

I did like this chapter, i thought you did a really good job telling this from Sam's pov.

Stanford is close to the Pacific Ocean. I do believe Palo Alto is near San Francisco which is ocean side.

Could be even though Sammy missed Dean like hell, he may have still been in the frame of mind that he wasn't ready to face the freaky life of hunting and that includes Dean.

Sammy's life at college is quite normal really. Young people will always feel like the odd one out at times, seems like he was able to assimilate the college life well.  Matt sure is a jerk.

I found it interesting that Sam said Dean was told to drop out of High School by his dad. I wonder if that was true? I'm really looking forward to Dean's story. Please hurry back!

Poor Sam and Bobby. They are going to have an angry Dean on their hands. I'm not sure Bobby should have broken Dean's confidence, though. Dean should have told Sammy though even if it was during their time apart during the Stanford years. I'm really looking forward to reading the next chapter.

Adder, I'm so glad you decide to revisit Genius with a flashback about how Dean got his GED. Great start, can't wait for more.

This is really good. It has a good plot and it's good that you decided to carry on from 'Genius' because that was a good story and I wanted to know how Dean got his GED and how and when he got hurt. So it's good you decided to put a story behind it.

This was a nice surprise, a sequel to Genius.  I really enjoyed this first chapter,  and am looking forward to reading more,  I hope Dean isn't going to do something silly now and leave Bobby's.  More soon Please.

I came over to visit this site to check on some stories and I found this wonderful surprise.  Thank you!

I have to say, still love the line about Bobby's hats.

I could just imagine Dean's expression when he saw Sam in the wheelchair and Sam feeling helpless not understanding why Dean was suddenly ill.

Love how you wrote a worried John while he searched for Dean and than when he found his son.

Nice touch with the spirit visiting John in the hospital chapel.

Love how you ended this chapter.  I feel so sorry for Dean, his secret is being revealed.  Sam's upset for not being told his brother almost died and Bobby torn between his 'sons'.

Thanks again and I'll look for the next update.
