A brilliant and engaging story!  I loved every word of it.  And I especially liked the sentiments expressed at the end.  Family comes first.  Love allows us to forgive almost anything.  Faith means believing you are deserving of forgiveness.

Those words were poetic and simple.  Then you continued and it gives us hope for Dean and the future of his Triad and mankind in general.  Dean hadn't quite mastered the last one, but he was willing to keep trying.

Wow!  Dean's plan has balls!  I think Joshua and Dean working together is a good match.  They're sort of awkward around one another but you can tell they mutually respect the other, even if they don't really ever say it.  Every time they work together, they allow the other a little further into their personal space.

He was lucky enough in this world to have two brothers he loved, one given to him and one found.  This statement was beautifully put!  It really touched my heart.

The reference to Liam being a closet Carver Edlund fan was good!  Seems all the supernatural beings (angels and vampires) are getting more literary.

Dean wasn't sure if he should be humbled that one of the damned was hoping for their salvation, or extrememly worried they needed such mercy.  I had to stop and ponder that statement.  Throughout Supernatural, we're faced with contradictions and revealing Lenore as a praying, God-fearing vampire seems to be one.  Yet the more I thought about it, the more it seemed very honest and interesting.

Castiel seemed to have taken a liking to Lenore.  Maybe he's met his Rosalie after all?  And I can't tell if Lenore was joking about glittering like diamonds in the sunlight or if she's saddened that she's no longer allowed in the sunlight.

Vampires!  Yay!  Sometimes I need a good old-fashioned villain.  So is the woman with the vampires Kate?  I've always wondered if she would pop up in fanfic.  Or maybe it's Lenore and she's the only thing between Caleb and Sam and the vampires?

This is an intriguing start to the story.  I love the mystery and suspense!

Just so you know - I think you may not get a lot of reviews simply because you guys write it so well and have created such a realistic world that it is almost cannon to a lot of fans.  I sometimes catch myself watching the show and wondering where Caleb or Mac is.  I hope you never tire of writing because I have read and really enjoyed each one you have written.  Thanks so much for creating such a wonderful world.

Oh man I love Joshua- he cracks me up! I love how he talks and I especially love the way he interacts with the boys. The older they get and the more experiences they have together the better the relationship gets and the funnier the quips become.

One of my favorite scenes from the whole series is after Dean gets attacked by that serial killer and Josh takes him upstairs to get cleaned up. He asks Dean where his wardrobe is and Dean goes 'clothes in there.' LOL! I still cracks me up!

 I can't wait to see what happens next and I really can't wait to see Caleb's reaction to the best man gig!

Thank you Ridley. Finding this was the one bright light in a day of real life frustrations and disappointments. I don't review a lot because so much of my job is editing or evaluating what others have written. I like to read good fanfiction - particularly your's and Tidia's to escape, relax and simply enjoy. I worry that by reviewing and simply saying how good the work is and how much it is appreciated, that you folks might be put off by the repetitive sentiment.

These are stories of hope in the midst of tremendous adversity, of love and loyalty, and of family. It is nice to be have a place to go where we can be reminded that others also aspire to these ideals. I look forward to the next installment.

'By tomorrow night' is not a lot of time for Dean to find them and launch a rescue plan, but I'm sure he will arrive in the nick of time.

I think the rescue will be just as bloody as Dean suggests. But if 'up north' is the only clue Dean and Castiel have to go on, it's going to be a long search.

This story really pulled me in.   I can't wait for Dean, Castiel, Bobby, and the rest of the Triad to let those vampires have it.  It'll be interesting to see if they get there before Caleb talks Sam into drinking his blood in order to save them.   I'll be watching for the next chapter.
