Very nicely done, very sweet and very sad at the same time knowing what was coming, little Dean was perfect as a big brother, but I always wondered about Mary's past, did she ever think about what may happen she must have known something would happen..,she was a hunter once, sorry digressing.

Anyhow another good one...thank you.

Hey there, Jacq! Thanks so much for the great rating and review you left. I'm glad you liked this one!

You mentioned wondering about Mary, if she ever thought about what might happen. I actually just finished a fic for a zine called "If They Had Only Known." It's a look at the night Mary died from three different POVs (not the ones you might think!) and one of them is Mary's--dealing with what  you just talked about, whether she thought about what might happen, etc., because you're right--she was a hunter once. And we know Dean warned her when he went back in time. So it addresses that stuff. I won't be able to post it online for a while, but it'll be in the zine and will eventually make its way here, too.

Anyway, I was glad you brought that up, because writing the fic and thinking about that last night the Winchesters all had together is what prompted me to write this little (happier) fic.
