Nice. Very nice little story.

Certainly had no problem picturing exactly what was happening and what Dean was 'seeing'. Would have just loved to see Sam taking his brother down, subduing and confining him before the cops have chance to arrive. Then trying to explain Dean's behaviour away as some sort of post traumatic stress syndrome.

Wow, that's very powerful.  Dean had to have moments like this after he came back from Hell.  I mean, who wouldn't?  I wish we'd seen more of it on the show. 

I love how Sam is home.  Very well done!

The first part typos were very distracting (eg it was no wonder they found their meal hard to digest when they were eating stakes instead of steaks...!) which was a shame as the idea was a good one, and the second half much better written. 

I notice you didn't address the idea of Dean as torturer as well as tortured...one for another time eh.

A couple of spelling problems distracted me at the start but this was so well written and excellently imagined I soon forgot them - the pictures you painted were real to me and amazing to have in my head. This should have been used on the show! I loved it - very well thought out and images a-go-go!
