Stacey got a terrific idea, if DEan can't go out, bring Christmas at DEan. Can't wait for Dean's reaction when he'll wake up.

Sniffle, sniffle...I just ache for Dean here. He feels so alone and bitter. I hope when he does wake up that he'll be treated to the best Christmas he could possible want. He'll have Sam there, his friends, and excited children opening their gifts under the Christmas tree. I can't wait to for that to happen!

a very moving updated. And the heartbreak of Dean walking up alone on Christmas, thinking Sam wasn't there and that he was going to miss the Christmas excitement...so sad...and so pleased that he isn't! great update

I HATE the awake in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar place feeling, and having that place be a hospital is a ton worse. Poor Dean!

nicely written update, glad to see that Marcus finally gets Dean. Love the bit where Dean explained about wanting to see Christmas, very touching.

Sniffle, sniffle....I wanted Dean to experience Christmas morning with all the trimmings, too. Speaks volumes of how Dean would have liked normal, too. I just knew something was seriously wrong with Dean! Dean is going to freak when he realizes he has to be flat on his back for 2 weeks and will be at Marcus's house! Looking forward to the next part.

That was great, poor Dean, it was sad at the end when he gave Sam his excuse for not getting medical treatment sooner, And he ended up missing a normal Christmas anyway. Thanks.

Markus redeemed himself by saying how wrong he was about Dean. Awww...Dean broke my heart when he told Sam why he hid his injury to Ryan. Where he'll end up to heal, Markus' home or Ryan's home with Connie, the children and Stacey, hoping for the later. Can't wait for more.

Another great chapter! I can't wait to see where Dean ends up for his recovery - with Stacey or Markus... I can guess which he'll prefer! Whichever it is, I'm also sure that Sam will need all the duct tape he can get his hands on!!! And yes. I've been haunting my inbox for days.... and re-reading the rest of your stories to amuse myself in the meantime -- you really do capture the spirit, voices and characters perfectly....

That was an intense chapter, I was out of breath when I finished reading it. Dean did a great job on Gary and Sam as well. It's hospital time for Dean. Can't wait to know what'll happen next.

Thank goodness an ambulance is coming for Dean. I kept thinking as I read this chapter, that Dean is going to miss Christmas with the kids, Stacey, Connie, and Ryan. He was looking so forward to it that he was willing to risk his health for it. It speaks volumes, I think. Hopefully, whatever is really wrong with Dean will get fixed at the hospital. I'm hoping that Marcus will see Dean with new eyes and realize what a great guy he is. Thankfully, Sam is there now for his brother where he should have always been. Looking forward to the next chapter.

OMG, That was really intense, thought Dean had had it there for a second, How badly is he hurt now? Will this change Markus's opinion of him now.? Is Sam feeling guilty? Please update again soon, Can't wait.
