Really loved Dean's gradually returning stream of consciousness right at the beginning when he wished for a college brain to figure out how he'd landed in hospital - lol.
Can understand his worry over Sam and the fact that the doc was dragging the explanation out - or so it seemed to Dean, heading for bad news. Luckily it didn't turn out that way, and the doctor was understanding enough to reunite the brothers in the same room.
And awwww - a bunny. Poor Sammy, he's so gentle. I'm believing more and more that the Sam we saw in S4 wasn't really Sam. It's nice to have him back again, even though there's a lot of crap going down around him.
Loved the bit of Dean-revenge at the end with the intended drawing of a bunny on Sam's cast.
