If Dean's really hungry, I think his date left a little something on his jacket.  Hee!

Pretty gross.  Vividly descriptive.  The part that got me the most was "there isn't a hole they (the flies) can't get into" and (the maggots) "it's a tickle you can't scratch... it drives you mad."  I can take any pain over a nagging itch.  Ughhh!

I almost felt sorry for her when she said, "They eat away your brain... where you kept your ideas, memories, thoughts ... they just eat it away like it's nothing."  But then I came to my senses and remembered she's a dead hag who's torturing my boy.  Bye-bye sympathy.

Read this at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting and I'll bet you have a few more success stories.  :)

ROFL!!! yeah he can just scrape it off of his jacket and eat it up! LOL and ewww!

yeah the story is kind of gross, but nothing we haven't seen on the show, right!? LOL

and I mean...the thought is just...scary, right!? I mean we don't know what really happens when we die and maybe this is a possibility!! a really scary and gross possibility, but still..... and yeah, I'm not drinking ever again! maybe! LOL

ITCH!!! omg, can you imagine!? just... this itch that you can never ever scratch!? it would drive me crazy!!!! I don't even wanna think about it!

yup, she's torturing your boy! don't feel sorry for her...but then again, maybe tht itch she couldn't scratch made her insane like that! :O

omg, IF I'd read this at an AA meeting, they would lock me up in a mental institution... oh well...if they would still let me watch SPN, then I'm ok with it! LOL

hugs,

S.

No more drinks to you soncnica! Don't even wanna know what kind of nightmare you had! But, in a gross kind of way, I loved it.

And shouldn't be read while eating either - LOL. No, I wasn't, by the way.

But it was really well done, and vividly painted with the ghost taunting Dean and Dean's struggle for purchase on the muddy ground in his attempt to get away.

Ick factor was delightfully high with the ghost's rotting form and its blow-by-blow description of what happened to its body after death - puts the reader right there in the moment with the smells and sensations.

And the intense relief when Sam came to the rescue - that was perfect timing.

Thank you so much for sharing - although I wouldn't miss that spinning headache on anyone. Oh, how we suffer for our art......

ROFL.... oh I have so many stories more where I advise not to eat while reading!!! *evil grin*

aha aha, Dean was really trying to get away, but ghosts are freakin' strong.....man... I'm always surprised to see a ghost throw the boys on the ground... those things are strong for being um... idk what ghosts are actually...LOL

me looooves writing about details and sensations and smells and touches and sounds all those things .. I love doing that and thank you so much for noticing it! :)))))))))))

aha, Sam came to rescue Dean at exactly 11:11 which is considered teh angel hour! :)))

*groans* tell me about it... I was so drunk I was hungover for two days...well I slept through day no.1 and then day no. 2 I was... more or less incoherent! LOL.... yeah... *sigh* we do suffer for our art!!
