I thought about what would get adult Dean to write a letter to Santa, and yeah, boredom would do it. Of course the wishes aren't silly at all. Santa has his work cut out for him. Good job!

Heh. Awkward Dean here. Nice. Not used to writing these letters.Despite of all the awkwardness you managed to fill it with angst.
Aw Dean, guess there was no time when he was little for John to sit down with him and do things like this.
And how very typical to ask Santa to protect and help Sam, Bobby and Cas. After dismissing his own plea for help.
