Awesome piece Mary... I think you nailed it dead on with what Dean would have added to that list in 2009... and the World Peace was just priceless. I wish to add that you've given me some great presents this year in the form of some wonderful stories ( Fight and Walls - just to mention) - I hope you have a wonderful Holiday! Merry Christmas!
Author's Response: Hey Tree Thank you so much. There really can be only one thing that Dean wants, he isn't a bigger picture kind of guy. I couldn't resist the world peace, wanted to lighten the story a little. I'm glad you have enjoyed my stories because I love writing, and although I know that I'm not the best writer in the world, creating something that people like is a blast. So thank you for reading and reviewing. Best of everything for the holidays and have a wonderful Christmas, Mary xx

I can see Dean's earnest little face as he writes that first letter. It's those first ones that are the hardest because that's when we really believe they're possible. Grown-up Dean knows he can't control the outcome and can do nothing but hope. Good one!
Author's Response: Hey Julie I could too, tongue out, writing his wishes. lol I remember the first time that I realised that it was my mum and dad and not Santa that was getting me all these cool presents and it was so sad, because Santa was this magical figure and if he was real then anything was possible. Poor Dean knows that even with an angel by his side, things are going to get darker before the dawn. Hope is really all he does have. Thanks, Mary xx
