"...'cause I had nothing resembling Thanksgiving food in the house."  Funny!  The jocular air and commaraderie they share is portrayed very nicely here.  Even if Bobby and the boys don't feel a measure of cheer from this, I do.

You brought up an interesting point.  Hunters moving from one job to the next, I'll bet a lot of holidays go by unrecognized.

"Thanksgiving and pie just go together."  Amen, Dean!

Castiel's reminder of what their true blessing is was an appropriate end to the story and their experience.
