this is so... sad. it's like lady luck just keeps walking past him and instead of stopping and giving him a pat on the back so he can have a break just once, she flips him off and keeps walking.
it really had me drawn in though and the ending was so simple but it spoke volumes and to tell the truth it kinda broke my heart.
you went from the simplex mind set of a child, to the rebel teenager, too a older and a little harder Sam. Also I like how you see dean acts more like father then John and how Sam even considers him one; but you didn't make John a heartless uncaring guy either

a brief insight.
I can honestly say out of all the people I read your number one on my favorite authors list.

This was a simple but powerful story. The ending actually made me “Aww” outloud. The writing was strong & I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this story.

Great new fic Refur, I loved it. Do I detect a slight Sam bias in your fics? That's OK, because I have often declared my ever-so-slight Dean bias! I still maintain that you would write an awesome Dean-centric fic.... and I would love to read it!
