Yep, I do believe Dean owes Ali an apology! I don't think he meant to intimidate her like he did, but he let his emotions get the better of him. He is of course still rather young here. I'm glad that he's going to be able to stay and rest, and hopefully, make it up to Ali! Looking forward to the next chapter!

How sweet. I do believe each one is sweet on the other! I loved how Dean was noticing how great she smelled at the same time Ali was noting how great Dean smelled. I've noticed what a lovely neck Dean has too! Looking forward to the next chapter!

I'm glad that Frank set John straight. Dean does need down time to heal both physically and mentally. Poor Ali, she didn't see Dean coming like he did! I wonder how Dean feels about her? Looking forward to the next chapter.

No Ali really didn't see Dean coming. Dean's feelings will be revealed, and Ali's will be examined in future chapters.

That's a nice chapter. I like the way you write the soft calmness of their nighttime conversation. They are bonding real quickly and there's a definite chemisty developing. She seems to understand him well.

Have just posted the next chapter, and after Thursday I am a woman free from the constraints of studying from university exams so the story should unfold a little more quickly after that.
