A very interesting perspective. Dean seeing his life through Chuck's fictional stories. I never thought how that would affect a person to read about the most traumatic events in their lives in techni-color detail.

It was a bit of a facepalm moment - trying to think of ways to shoehorn episode titles into the drabble when, d'uh, the show's done just that!

How creative! And you captured Dean amazingly well. The ending was my fav part, so heartbreaking.
This challenge was fun to do and now it's as fun to read what others have come up with!

I LOVED it! Of course Dean wouldn't be able to read All Hell Breaks Loose- too too painful. I would imagine that Mytery Spot would be so hard, because he didn't have to live it the way Sam did. Wonderful idea, and hey, you managed to work in some tough titles in a really easy way.

moment of inspiration (while I was walking off the hill in the rain...) - when did the show use titles?! I've wanted to do something about the lingering impact of having their lives as fiction on the boys for a while - this was the perfect catalyst!

Hi Cal,
I liked this! The idea is funny, but Dean's take on things is seriously apt. And he wouldn't read either part of AHBL, even now when it's just history--very telling.

Oh I love the idea of Dean being hooked to fics... Then again, reading some of my stuff wouldn't agree with him I guess... LOL.
And not reading AHBL. How sad is that? A scar that won't heal. Not in a 100 (words) years.
