OMG,What is going to be wrong with Sam when he wakes up, if he wakes up, Are you going to have him be brain damaged? So he's like a young child or not remember anything of his life so far, not remember Dean??? Can't wait to read more.

Awsome beginning. I couldn't help the thought that flashed through my mind which was 'I hope the guy didn't hit the Impala also on the crash into the room.' I don't know if poor Dean could take Sam and the Impala being injured. :)
