I was totally loving this chapter- and now... my brain cant focus on anything other than where Dean hid that wire... heeheeeee...... I just love this story- its sooo well put together... cant wait till Sammy finds Dean... and I'm still cringing thinking about the potential for THAT Misery moment...

You have successfully created one really bad, baddie. She is so evil in her innocence and obsession. Her innocent digging around in Dean's bullet wound had me cringing in sympathy - at least I think it was sympathy and not pure revulsion. Heaven knows what she's capable of now that one of her precious books has been damaged. Really really looking forward to the next chapter and hoping it won't be a long wait.
Author's Response: Thank you! Dean really is her giant Barbie-doll and she kind of treats him like that. As for her innocence, I think is not so much a matter of not knowing that its a bad thing that she's doing but more of a not caring to the point that its' almost the same of not knowing... making any sense?

really loving this story....not just for the HurtDean - but for how nicely tied together to canon Alexa is. I lvoe all the references to past episodes/books- and even had an Awwww moment when Dean said he threw away the book that had Madison and Sam in it. This definately has that "Misery" feel to it and I'm a tad apprehensive to see what she does to him over the ruined book.

The guy was peeved enough by his sex scene... imagine reading his brother's by accident even? There would be enough mental bleach for that one... Thank you for the Misery reference. Even admitting from the start that I am shamelessly reaping off Steven King, it is not easy to come even close... I'm very glad that at least some of the feeling of it its coming across :D

My favourite part of this update is the description of how the drugs feel to Dean. You capture the disorientation and weirdness of the feelings beautifully and I love that the floor came up to meet him rather than waiting for him to fall down. Looking forward to more.

awesome chapter... totally loved that introspective bit at the end when Dean got shot.... Also loved how Sam rationalized ( at first) Dean's absence.... then went into Sam panic mode- when he realized Dean was likely in trouble. And Alexa- what an crazy obsessed fangirl... hmmm- but somehow I cant totally blame her. I wouldnt mind having Dean tied up in my bed for a few days.... heeheee

What an exciting chapter! There are so many burning questions ... is she going to go after Sam? Will Castiel realize Dean is in trouble and come to his rescue? Will Sam be able to find Dean if Alexa doesn't also kidnap Sam (and why would't she want that adorable man also)? I can't wait to read the next chapters and see where the story goes.

What an incredible start. I'm hooked. I love the whole 'stalker' theme stories and you've wrapped this up sooo nicely by blending S4 Carver Edlund theme into it. Alexa reading those books and becoming obsessed ( like um..... many of us- hahaha)
