Yes it did make me smile. :o) I really enjoyed ready this funny little story. I have read lots of angst filled ones and sometimes it nice to just sit back with a little silliness. Poor Dean, I would hate to have been in his shoes, although I would liked to have been in Sam's shoes when he was applying lotion lol!!!

Another hilarious and fabulously written piece! I got such a kick from this that I'll be smiling all day.
"He was doing the whole quirky, head-tilt, 'gonna look at ya like you're a whole other species- because you are' sorta thing. It was kinda weirding Dean out. And let's face it; the angel did weird without ever straining a wing feather!" A perfect description of Castiel's observation mode!
" ‘wearing thin' with Dean was likely to become a smack in the face of divinity and a lop-sided halo!" You have a gift for not only knowing the character's moods but knowing how to describe them in terms they would use.
"pitching forward onto his (beautiful!) sleepy face" I love the personal remarks you scatter throughout the story. How can you not call attention to such an exquisite example of male perfection? Not only does it remind me of Dean's gorgeousness but it add a bit of amusement that you find yourself unable to refrain from your lustful praise. :-)
Soul-trading for a chance to lay with a semi-clothed Dean Winchester? Where do I line up?
Castiel's feathery breeze was acute idea!

Hi Bev,
Writing something light with Dean, Sam and Castiel must've been a challenge, but you rose to it magnificently. Thank you for a surprisingly fun read, I'm just wondering where in the fourth season you place this, I don't remember reading any markers that narrowed it down, except Sam's slight unease around Cas would have to put it after Great Pumpkin, at least.

Ahhh now you have uncovered one of my great flaws...I am crap at positioning things I write accurately into the series timeline...makes me a nightmare to co-write with! My head was simply thinking sometime before Cas got yanked back to heaven.
