WOW!!!! This is a piece of work in all honesty and favor. The lyrical poetry of the ending suits its place. An unforgiven teretoriy that all four must travel in unity to survive a world that is unknown to them and to any one. This Gordon Walker is a basic time bomb that only Dean would be able to handel, but SAM can disfuse him by one enormus hit. I don't like him nor his style. This Witch instructor is supposidly to be teaching well he is doing a bad job.

This . . . this character of Craven . . . i'm just like the boys . . . It feels like a Stephen King movie. He has a bewildering sense of mind, but I do hope he does not heve telakanesis ' cause then I'd tell the boys to leave the place. Interesting though, but CREEP as hell. He isn't relatied to yellow eyes?

Interesting story. A little introspective for my taste, but I love Craven and want to know much more about him. The boogyman is plain scary, its oily black intangible quality is far worse than something solid. But I know I will be rereading Storm Surge now I've read the preceeding stories and am quite sure I'll get much more out of it for knowing everyones back story.

I just finished this wonderful story. Fabulous! I loved your accurate portrayal of both brothers, their interactions, banter and caring for one another. I also got a kick out of Craven - what an interesting character. I loved the way he gave John a piece of his mind - something we all would have enjoyed after what he did to Dean with that secret. There was brotherly angst aplenty and humor as well. Dean with the troll - need I say more? The story flowed wonderfully and I look forward to the sequel. Thanks for sharing this amazing fic with us. Dean's love of yard work reminds me of the 2 minute mowing scene in WIAWSNB. Not only does he get one hobby in this story, but two. Wow! I like that you used Sam's previous thoughts as Dean's in this chapter---everyone having a Sam in their lives and whatever he'd done to deserve Sam he hoped he'd keep right on doing it. Ooohhh! They go after Dante next? That should be some great whumpage! Don't care what you title it, just PLEASE post it!

The way Sam talks about having a Dean in his life reminds me of the creatures in Dr. Seuss' book "One Fish Two Fish."
