Fantastic! At first I thought it was Dean having a sexual encounter, then, seeing the misgivings and unease I decided it must be Sam. But I never guessed it would be the first time he partook of Ruby's blood. Wicked good!

This was good. Disturbing (because Sam drinking Ruby's blood is just disturbing, wrong, gross, etc.), but I thought you nailed Sam's feelings pretty well.
