That was the worst betrayal of all---drinking Caleb's blood.  It was bad enough what he did to Dean, but doing this to Caleb seems so much oworse.  Maybe because he's fought with both men before but never used them in such a twisted way.

I wondered how you'd handle this episode.  I'm still not sure how I feel about it (the episode).  I think you answered a lot of the questions I had in a way I would have liked them to be answered.  mainly, that John didn't have the same depth of feeling for Kate that he did Mary and the reasons John was a different father to Adam than he was to Sam and Dean.  I wish Kripke had followed up like this.

Thoroughly enjoyed that conversation.

It perfectly expresses many of the emotions that we saw flash across Dean's face in the episode. The anger at things Adam experienced that were missing in Sam and Dean's childhood and the fear or was it horror at the realisation of just how much Sam is like John now.

Looking forward to reading the rest of these conversation as soon as the relevant episodes air in the UK.

Poor Caleb. Thinking Sam and Dean were dead must have been awful for him.  But I was so glad Sam still cares enough about Caleb's feelings that he was in a panic to find his phone. 

I thought Sam and Dean leaving their bodies with only Pamela as protection was just asking for trouble though I admit I wasn't expecting the attack to primarily be against Pamela. I liked your explanation for why they made that mistake.

Only saw this episode last week and completely missed the need for a sailor's blood as the reason for Bobby stabbing Dean. Just took it as a quick method of ending the fight between the brothers. Well done you. 

The final scene of that episodes leaves me worried for the boys bond as brothers too. I have to take my hat off to you for even feeling inspired enough to tacke writing a tag. I just feel depressed about where the season is going and trying desperately to maintain faith in Kripke's overall plan. 

Thank you for keeping faith and keeping writing the Brotherhood AU. It keeps me sane.
