I haven't got any words to do this drabble justice, all i can say is it left a scary sinking feeling in my stomach,if you know what i mean, very powerful. It was a brilliant drabble, i loved it, well done.

wow. *gulps* so poetic, so vivid i can see him sleeping on the floor, always standing guard - and that last line reeks of the confusion and fear the civilians must feel, and the reassurance - and yeah, beauty! - the boy give. easily one of the best drabbles i've ever read - now bring more!
