HA!  HA!  It's funny you should post this today.  My boss' 12 year old son had his arm casted today and we teased him about having it done in pink.  He said he'd just tell people he was promoting breast cancer awareness.  The teddy bears were a nice touch.

I do believe you are right about there being a longer story there and would love to read it. Loved that Dean felt he had to make sure Corey found his peace, even after all these years. Thanks for the insight to those times!

I hope there is a longer story here!  The drabble was fabulous and just enough to make me want more---lots more!  Dean paying his respects at a graveside, transferring the body from unhallowed ground to sacred ground was a very unusual and touching act.

History has such fascinating people.  You could do an amazing job with Corey Giles' story!
