Very interesting! I like the give and take of Dean and Charlotte, each hesitant for different reasons.

The only ? is how long did Dean stay with her? NOW that is the ? that every courios George would like to know although with Dean Monkey George is still a little boy. Don't you think?

The answer to that question currently is: He is still with her. I have a theory that when Dean falls, he falls hard and he falls fast - and he is loyal to those he considers family.
I also suspect that there's no way that Charlotte's going to walk away. ;-P

So I read this like a week ago...and after reading it I ran over and read Strange Angels...needed to know who Charlotte was...imagine that your little vignette here lured me into the whole thing! Expect a review for Strange Angels too!

Oh my GOD I loved this! So short but so sweet. I really do love Charlotte, and I love Dean with Charlotte.
That rarely happens with me and female characters in fan fic. :)

You don't know how happy I am for you to say that about Charlotte. She was the first original character I created for an SPN story, and I worked hard to make her a good fit for Dean over the long haul (ironic though that sounds) and I unintentionally incorporated all of the things most people don't like about that idea - like a girl in the car.
Though I do maintain she's not a "hunter" in the strictest sense of the word. And it makes sense for her to be with the boys within the context of the main storyline. ;)
