Simply beautiful, Dean's last wish and Sam granted it -"closed his love around him and held on tight", so sad, but could anyone wish for more in life?; that's what it is all about, being loved like that. Perfect, wonderful, you are wonderful!!

Author's Response: thanks a lot , it was scary do do it like that , but Dean deserved to be saved and so did Sammy , they saved almost everyone except themselves ........it was about time they received the peace they urned! Oh no, so Dean really is dead, I wasn't prepared for this at all; he won't stay dead, he can't, bring him back to Sam (please!!), Sam couldn't live with this, no way - and update soon, cause I'm really freaking out here considering what the title indicates!

NO... I hate that you've done this to dean he can't be dead, that's just not right. How could you?? Now what is going to happen? Not sure if I'm looking forward to the next chapter or not after that revelation.

Just love Sam for his decision to hold on to Dean, to go all the way with him, so wonderful! Dean may be only "a shimmer" (fantastic image) at the moment, but as we know love can do miraculous things. Great end scene when Sam asked Bobby to leave, so much resembling Dean's reaction after Sam died, perfect statement and a perfect chapter!

This chapter just blew me away - Sam telling Bobby he died a long time ago right along with his brother, this is heart-rending and also gets right to the core of everything. To lose the only true family you ever knew and then have him back all of a sudden, that's overwhelming and even more it's frightening to see how broken Dean is. Once more glad Bobby is there to help (bless his heart, I adore this man) them to fight (and it will be a fight I'm sure) their way out of it together. GRAND!

Interesting story and I'd like to read more of it when you've a mind to update, But why didn't Dean bleed, I mean I can see him being lost and frightened, hurt coming back from hell but no blood? What's that mean. More please. Thanks...

My heart missed more than a beat reading this beginning, painfully intense, perfectly revealing Dean's anguish and Sam's despair, grand start! Can't wait to see how they will manage to find their way back to each other.
