Very nice tale, just worried now as my daughter and I are eating M&Ms, lol. Merry Christmas.
Author's Response: OOPS, Hi Frederique. Didn't notice you left a review! TA! And thanks for the New Year's card. Very much appreciated! Hope the M&Ms found their way into the right pipe! Wish you all the best for the New Year and hope to see you on my next story... Hugs, Ilka

Hey Hunny. Well as always what we have here is your heart and soul translated through your detailed and thoughtful words. It has your characteristics stamped all over it. There is quite a challenge in the angst, and your knowledge of children is apparent in your flashbacks. Makes me sad for the Christmas's the boys had to endure but at least they had each other. Merry Christmas hunny. Bev xx
Author's Response: Aw Bev! You make me blush a deep crimson. I have characteristics? And knowledge about kids? Geez hope you're right there. Got a Hell-year ahead... might even need to find a new job to get the practical done... *sighs* Hugs and snogs and a very happy Xmas! Ilka

Oh, i did enjoy this story. The flash backs were excellent. Have a wonderful christmas x.
Author's Response: Lindsay! Thx for the review. Almost like little prezzies, those reviews... Liked the flashbacks. Good. Never really did them before and there are a lot of em. Was a bit nervous that they may be too difficult to follow. Guess they are ok then. A wonderful Christmas to you and your loved ones. And all the best for the New Year! At least it'll bring back the boys, yay! Ilka

That was great. I loved the flashbacks.....poor Winchester boys and their miserable Christmases past:( And in the present, it was nice to have good ol' Pastor Jim to Dean's rescue!! I really enjoyed that!
Author's Response: Ta! Well, they are bound to have some crappy Chrstmases in their past, a tiring and sad life like theirs won't stop at Christmas! Poor guys. Always wanna hug 'em to make them feel better... Pastor Jim was initially Bobby. However, watching Salvation for the umptienth time made me realise that he lived in Minnesota and had indeed seen John (and Dean I guess) over a year back. Which would indeed fit my timeline... Glad you liked Jim! Merry Christmas (at least a better one than Dean's I hope) and have a great New Year! Ilka

Fab story, the only problem is it's too short :). Thanks i really enjoyed it. hope you have a great Christmas.
Author's Response: Hi Jan! Thanks for leaving a review and those nice stars. Shining bright in a pre-Christmas night! Too short, huh? Well, it is by far the longest oneshot I ever wrote. Maybe I should write a sequel? About Dean in hospital and fighting for his life? As he has a lethal infection? That a solution? Heehee... Have a Merry Xmas and all the best for the New Year! Ilka

great story line , I love the way you capture every image needed to change the words into pictures for my mind !
Author's Response: Hey Yenkura, thanks for the lovely stars and the review. Very much appreciated. Glad you liked it. And I hope the images changed into nice (heh) pictures... like haunting, hurting in a twisted nice way... That any clear? Sorry. Been bakin' cookies all day. The fumes have befuddled my mind. Anyways, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Ilka
