"The angels don't do their job. So I'm taking over." that was such a strong statement and a great peek into a small boy's mind. I felt my heart tug when Pastor Jim thought that Dean did not one more job. Such weight for a young child. I'm so glad he has Pastor Jim watching over him!
I got chills when Pastor Jim tucked Dean into bed and told him, he would be their Guardian. Oooohh!

This one shot was wonderful. I am an avid Dean girl, and your vision of the boys as children rings so true that I can almost see them. Thank you for sharing your vision with us. I think you should get all of your (and Tidia of course) Brotherhood stories into a volume for sale. I am sure many of your fans would relish the chance to have your fantastic world available to them. Keep up the terrific work, I always look forward to your new stories.

Okay so I hesitated in reading this for the simple reason that I am determined not to read In Victus until it's complete. I know the moment i break down and read that first chapter I will be desperate to finish it.
In avoiding In Victus I figured I'd better stay away from all that is the brotherhood to make it a bit easier on myself.
However, Fredo unknowingly gushed over how wonderful this oneshot was until I couldn't resist any longer.
So well done and I'm gonna run now before I go looking where I shouldn't and get myself caught up. Thanks for yet another great one-shot, and I'll see you when Victus is done. - kel ;)

That's so sweet... I loved this little piece! It fits wonderfully well with the rest of The Brotherhood stories and the show.
