Wonderful, simply wonderful. Had a huge knot in my throat through the middle. I like how you don't have Sam answer Dean's question at the end. Leaves you hanging on just the right note.

just read the other reviews.....anybody who can write like Gaelicspirit can be forgiven on the cut/paste inadequacy....up until a month ago I only knew how to use scissors/paste.......at least I've finally learned the term "icons" (more professional that saying'those cute little pictures').........Sam did a great job trying to explain Dean's real value......it was touching to hear him putting some 'stitches' in Dean's emotional being instead of his ribs,arms,legs..............

This is fabulous - I love it when Sam kicks Dean's bed! Dean doesn't value himself nearly enough, and the way you have described it hits the nail right.on. the.head. I am trying to do more reviewing because I really appreciate the effort that goes into the stories, but I love your stuff and I want to encourage you to keep writing. This could be a not-so-subtle reminder to persevere with "Cry in the Night" - I'm still hanging on for the next chapter!

Okay because I'm apparently NOT technically savvy, I can't seem to copy/paste into the reviews, BUT! I just have to say that Sam's whole speach about who Dean is... the good, the bad, and the ugly (as if)... was wonderful. And I still absolutely love that you had Dean pose that question at the end with Sam not answering. Kinda how Crossroad Blues ended... only, y'know, reversed.
