I always thought this was one of the saddest episodes. Dean was saved but someone else died because of it. Knowing how Dean's mind works, this had to be extremely difficult for him. Very well done!

I wonder if Dean really ever got over what Sam said to him at the Asylum even though it was under the control of Ellicot. Sammy has a way of saying some pretty awful things when he's under control of someone else!

That was rather sad. I too wondered why Mary hardly gave Dean a glance, and he was there just staring at her, wanting her to talk to him. It broke my heart. Dean's nightmare is rather creepy, wonder if it is a nightmare or YED playing with his mind?

OMG!!! I LOVE THIS TAG!!! I was hurt for Dean when Mary did that and I was thinking the exact same thing, all he got was her muttering his name. Not enough at all...so painful and then Dean crying? Oh gosh, you make me ache for him.
