I wished they would of done something like this in the show...They are leaving alot of things open between Sam and Dean..Thanks for writing.
Author's Response: HI Mustang I know a little more closure on things would be good. Perhaps in episodes 4.09 and 4.10?? We live in hope! Cheers maryx

Hi Mary, Wow, a stunning look into Dean's mind as he gets a glimpse of Sam's powers, as Sam takes down Samhail. Other missing scenes--even the ep itself--have sort of glossed over how powerful Sam IS, now, and he hasn't reached his full potential by a long shot. This also adds meaning to the later scene between Dean and Castiel, when Castiel says he doesn't envy Dean his (upcoming) decisions. Sue
Author's Response: Hi Sue Yep I wanted Sam to be kinda relishing in his power in this without going to OTT. He is really powerful and they are kinda skirting the issue...glad you think I got inside Dean's mind. I had Jensen's face frozen on the PC screen as I was writing this so all kudos go to him. I think too that Dean's big decisions will be regarding his brother rather than whatever else is happening. I just hope that he won't have to make the one he (and everyone else) fears the most. I would say they wouldn't but this is Mr Kripke!! Cheers Mary x

A little tissue warning would have been nice. *sniff, sniff* ;) The story was so heart-breaking and tear-inducing. I think you did an excellent job of expressing what was going through Dean's mind! Like you, I wish we had seen more of the brotherly aftermath, after Sam got rid of the demon; but, we didn't get that on TV. Thankfully, you did an amazing job of filling that gap and I want to thank you for posting your wonderfully descriptive story.
Author's Response: Hi Oshadow, hope you are well! Sorry about the lack of tissue warning, I'll remember next time!! Thanks for the lovely review, I agree I wanted a brother scene after that, but words would have spoiled the moment I think. Easier for me to write than them to film even if the guys would have knocked the socks off it. Pleased that you think I got in Dean's head for this one, it a hard place to be or get to sometimes. Cheers and thanks again, Mary xx

wow - can feel the weight settling on his shoulders in this one! beautiful stuff - the conflict in them both, the papable fear of what may come... stunning! thanks! cal
Author's Response: Hi Cal Thanks, Dean is kinda burdened down more than usual this season so many things for him to worry about. Your review was great, thank you so much for the kind comments, please that you liked this. Cheers Mary x

WOW is all i can say about this story. IT is great!!! The way everything is written just flows together and the story itself is ust so well written. I love the way you took that scene. Everyone added a little Limp!Sam to it, but you changed it from other writers and i felt like i was watching the show with that scene addd on. Great story.
Author's Response: HI Gosh, what a lovely review. I tried not to read any others before I wrote this but Sam just seemed so powerful and in control that I didn't think he'd crumble this time in front of his brother. He's changed and I wanted to show that but still keep the brotherly love there too. Thanks for the review, glad that you liked. mary x

Wow. That was so moving ... I agree: they really should have given us an end to that scene. You did a great job of fitting one it ... you stayed true to the brothers
Author's Response: Hi there Thanks for the wow, it's appreciated! I really felt that they kinda robbed us of a great moment there but perhaps spoken words would have spoiled the impact that the whole scene had. Glad you liked my version, thanks again, Mary x

I enjoyed reading your story. I wondered myself why Dean didn't just stab the demon in the back with the knife and your story explains it, and many other thoughts Dean must have been thinking, very well. Thank you.
Author's Response: HI there That was the first thing I thought, why are you just standing there? Do something...anything. But he didn't so I wrote this. Glad that you like it, thanks for reviewing, Mary xx
