Beautiful but sad. But I can't help thinking Sam would cremate Dean's body just as they did their father.

Thank you. Think Sam chose to bury his brother as he wants to bring him back so he needs something to do that with, but normally I would have thought cremation too.

Love what you showed us here. This is so much like what I would imagine Sam doing. Very dark but very satisfying. I so hope we get to see what Sam did after Dean's death and what led him down the path he is now following. I enjoy all your stories so keep writing like this and I will keep reading!!!!

Awesome - Sam's "final act of love for his brother" says it all, a heartbreaking goodbye and you found the perfect words, hauntingly sad and also just beautiful; so many wonderful lines, especially loved "(Sam) placed his brother's lighter in his hand, a little light for him in the darkness and, he hoped, a light for him to find his way home". Thank you so much for writing!!

Hi,  This was dark and very angsty but i thought it was very fitting of how Sam would be feeling and his actions after Dean's death.

<:AtomicElement>I know we are going to be shown about Sam's time whilst Dean was in hell but i also hope we are going to be shown how Sam reacted to Dean's death immediately after it occurred.  x

I think Sam would be very angst after Dean's death - he did save him and now he has to start all over again so it would get to him.

I can't wait to see if they are going to show what happened, belive that they are but yeah I'd have liked to see the reaction to Dean dying too.
