Great story, really liked it. Sam's need to protect Dean was so heartbreaking. I loved how Dean realized something was terribly wrong with his brother and didn't rest until he knew. Thanks for sharing. Hugs, Vonnie

Well done. I've always found hunter Sam from Mystery Spot intriguing and slightly scary, and Dean finding him scary too is just awesome.

Plus I have to say I really appreciated not being dropped out of the story by spelling mistakes a real treat. Thank you.

This was a really great tag.  I love the fact that it's mostly from Sam's perspective, and a perspective that seems extremely plausible, very true to his character.

My heart was aching when Sam was trembling, and I especially enjoyed this paragraph, because it had me totally choking up:

Dean eased himself down onto the floor in front of Sam, his hands coming to rest atop his brother’s.  Sam’s chilled fingers curled around his own, the only outward sign that Sam was even still in there.  But Dean would take it.  He squeezed back before he ran his hand soothingly up and down Sam’s arms, then up, gently cupping his face before they skated down his back, pulling Sam into a full body hug.

Really beautiful description there.

A couple others I enjoyed:

The sight of Dean lying on the cool pavement, blood flooding out of his chest to pool below him always flashed in his mind the moment Dean was out of arm’s length.

Fabulous imagry.

“Hello, Sam.”  The feminine voice whispered, honeyed words dripping with as much sarcasm as sweetness.

LOVE the way this is described, wonderful choice of wording.

Overall wonderful read!
