This is a restrained tellling of Dean's days and hellish nights way down under. I like that remembering Sam seemed to trigger the Light (Castiel). And I noticed your meticulous word count. Very nice! Sue
Author's Response: Thank you, I wrote this before S4 had started here in the UK, still only up to 'Wishful Thinking' so I have only glimpsed a few spoilers about Dean's time in hell. this was purely guessing at what might be! Thats why its 'restrained'. Didnt even know then how Dean got out! Good guess hey...lol...Jacq

Brilliant, you couldn't possibly express it any better, to forget the most important and beloved you have in life but still being aware and feeling the loss, the hole inside, is about the worst thing to imagine, this is truly hell! Grand description of Dean's despair and suffering, loved the end "I remember the love, I remember you...my brother...my Sam", wonderful!
