I love an occasional ball of fluff!  The Winchesters deal with enough tragedy.  It's nice to see that not everything in their childhood sucked (even if it is only in the world you share with us!).

What a beautiful thing Caleb and Sam did for Dean!  Sam is every bit a sprotective of big brother as Dean is of him.  That's endearing.

There is something just very wholesome and heartwarming in the way you write these moments in the boys(young) lives. These snapshots of them dealing with the everyday world gives weight to their close bond later in life and you clearly map the journey from dysfunctional and lost to grounded Brothers in arms and future Triad. Of course there is still tension but it is all underwritten with love and you deliver that again and again. Loved this as I do all your Caleb coming to the rescue moments - yes its fluff, but its Just Enough FLUF!!!!!! Your work, as ever, is a real treat to read - can't wait for In Victus - good luck with the struggle!!!!!!

this was  just great!!!!!!

I always look for your stories about the Brotherhood, Caleb , and of course, Sammy and Dean.

Caleb in my eyes is the 3rd Winchester brother-you have made him the perfect match to our boys.AWESOME job!!!

I will join you in the past also- the boys should always be at each other's backs- no wedge should ever be allowed to separate them.

In any event , Dean getting the BBB badge is perfect!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed your bit of fluff very much, even if I do regret reading the rest of your comments about Kripke's treatment of the boys in season 4. I am trying so hard to avoid anything to do with S4 until I can see it in the New Year (fingers crossed) Sorry if I sound like a record that's got stuck.

But if you keep writing stories about the Brotherhood that have no reference to S4 I will forgive you and tell you I love the idea of Dean being unable to say the Wolf Cubs oath because he'd be lying. Such integrity at such a young age what a wonderful thing.
