Author's Response: Hi there Yep, I do little to add a little twist now and again and I just may have another but this story has a life of its own..so maybe not. Sam was pretty ruthless but then he'd been through a lot and his brother was hurting. He is a Winchester deep down. Don't worry I love to torture Dean but I'd never finish him off and neither would the evil muse!! I had checked Wiki but i just wanted to make sure, so thanks. Cheers Mary x

Hi Mary, I've been playing catch up, clicking and moving from one chapter to the next. Wow, I thought you'd done your worst to the boys with the failed re-anacting of the ritual, but now you've added another layer of terror and temptation with the Crossroads Demon. You have a seriously twisted imagination, girl. Until your explanation, I thought the younger woman was the serial killer's kid sister, who somehow teamed up with Angela's relative to get revenge. Splitting up the Mom into two people, wow, neato plot twist. I'm guessing Audrey is the wronged party, but that's just 'cause I can't think who else is left, and Marion did say Audrey was dead. Waiting for more! Sue

Is there light at the end of the tunnel? I think so... maybe... maybe not.... I do hope you can update tomorrow I want answers, though things are certainly clearer after this chapter... I think. I hope virtual coffee to add to the virtual chocolate and cookies helps the writing process.

I can't believe I forgot about the clock...did I mention Bobby is Awesome!! Not quite sure how it happened, but I kind of feel sorry for the Mom. It doesn't excuse anything she did, she's obviously psycho, but what a horrible thing to experience. I still think the boys need to take her down!!

It's absolutely wonderful to have yet another update to welcome in the new week. Dean was so confident in the first paragraph that I wondered whether it was Sam or Dean taking the shower, and I love that he found strength and purpose in washing his baby. I'll admit that I'm still confused by who the woman in the bar was/is etc, but I trust that all will become clear. I just hope its soon enough to save Dean from being blind, deaf and mute for life. Virtual cookies and cake to all involved in this story. Enjoy.
Author's Response: Hi Midge Was on a bit of a roll at the weekend. I really wanted people to think it was Sam and then suprise then. I needed a simple test of courage for him, washing the car outside on his own had been floating in my head for days. I will explain the woman, next or next again chapter.
