That was so amazing , sorry I've been away and only just found this and was too impatient to get to chapter 2 to review chapter 1. John is such an ass for never really seeing Dean. I can't wait for your update. I've absolutely loved everything you've written so much I am definately adding you to my favourite authors.

THIS IS AWESOME!!! I loveit, I love it, I love it!! I've never been so disappointed to reach the end of a chapter and see that the next chapter isn't up yet. You've got me on the edge of my seat and I can't WAIT to see your next update. Please please please don't keep me in suspense too long. I'm begging here. John's utter blindness here made me want to smack him and the glimpses of Dean's usually carefully hidden emotion made me want to cry. ... his frantic shouts disappearing into the distance with my final whisper ... "... I didn't let go ..." PERFECT way to end the chapter! You rock. -Brandi-

Oh wow that is just so friggin' sad! How could John not have noticed?! This is a very thrilling story! You've got me completely hooked. You've captured Dean's voice so very well. Awesome! It was obvious that Dean would never let go, not even to save his own life, and it's so like him to do whatever he could to cushion Sam's fall by wrapping himself around Sam. Oh, and you've managed to get me seriously pissed off at John for not listening! I can understand John misunderstanding on the phone, but how could he not notice that both his boys are seriously injured and not just Sam? It took him long enough to see! Poor Dean, no wonder he's got serious daddy issues! I just feel so sad for him! Especially here "He hasn't noticed, can't see that I'm barely staying conscious, he doesn't know me, not well enough...I mean I spend every waking moment with the man, and he still doesn't know me." Seriously, poor Dean! Sorry, I'm getting perhaps a little too involved-your fault for writing something so awesome I guess. :P Anyway, this is very intense, and very well written. I can't wait to see what happens next, especially with the oncoming storm. Oh and I really like Dean's reaction to John's mentioning of a helicopter. It made me chuckle. Here the poor guy is trying to communicate how serious his injuries are, then he's thinking "I'm pretty sure I can climb out of here and walk...I don't need a helicopter." Keep up the awesome work and update soon!

Wow. I'm not usually into first person POV either, but this was just intense, emotional and just plain riveting. Poor Sammy, but I just feel so bad for Dean. Always being overlooked by dad. So freaking sad. Please update soon.

I have to say that I usually just hate First person POV, but this was so damn good!! The tension was perfect, and internal thoughts just plain awesome!! absolutely loved it!! can't wait for more!! bambers;)

Merisha This is one of the best First-Person stories I've read in a while.. Nice start - huge cliffhanger ( pun intended! LOL)! Great "Dean-voice" - I could see and hear him in my head as I read this. Can't wait to see more!
