Oh wow. This is a real gem. My only criticism is that it's apparently finished? Dude, you so totally need to continue this. I could read it into the wee hours of the morning -- it's so seriously awesome. The tender moments are so touching. And the YED weaving in and out... It sort of shatters that sweet illusion you've created. I seriously hope you've got plans to extend this, or branch off in some way. I would absolutely LOVE to read more!

Cool! I like that Dean was part of Azazel's plan, too. He was never ordinary, was he?

Weird but good. All over the place hints of sinister plans that beg to be explored further. Any plans for more?
Author's Response: I'm playing with more. This was a quick-fic that just kind of bled out while I was listening to good music. It's second fiddle to something else, but I might play a little more. To be honest, I wish I'd known more about the site to make this a sandbox. I like the idea of Dean being an oracle; even if I don't currently have the time to do it justice.

OK... that was creepy . Sam and Dean, sleeping together like when they were children-so sweet. Yet,, there is Azazel -happy that they are together...hum I always felt that psychic talent ran in families-not just one sibling. Mary had it and passed it to her boys. AWESOME writing!! John's thoughts-again all working for the YED... Thriller material at its best!!! BRAVO!!!!!
Author's Response: YED is one of those wicked, wonderful villains that just works on the heroes so well. I'm glad you liked the creepiness.

oohhh creepy .. me too scared to sleep now! thx good story
Author's Response: Just don't look under your bed. Trust me. Or do look, but only if you're packing the right kind of heat. I'm always thrilled to scare.

Great little story!!!!!!!! Huge Metallica fan myself. You did a fantastic job working the song into the story!!! Truly loved it. Hugs, Jane
Author's Response: Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, but I did not watch a single episode of Supernatural until Phantom Traveler (01x4). I thought it was going to be another tween-angst show for the WB. I was channel surfing and heard a smattering of "Paranoid" (Black Sabbath), stayed, loved, and rocked. It was the music that made me give the show a chance, and "Enter the Sandman" just begs to be part of the show.

Love the song and your inspired use of it here. A very dark, chilling and sinister tale, I'd almost forgotten how much fun the YED was! Thanks. Jane
Author's Response: Thanks! I love YED's presence through out the series! I'm glad I could remind you of him.
