Awesome. Loved it that in the first 2 "chapters" Sam and Dean didn't know about each other's acts of kindness, and in the next two they each were witnesses to the goodness of the other. Beautiful.

That was incredibly moving. Being a hero isn't just about salting and burning the bones and rescuing the damsel from the grip of the monster...being a hero means being selfless and being there for those in need. And you've captured the other side of that coin perfectly. I could especially picture Dean with the cancer patient and Sam with the little girl - and both images will stay with me. Well done.
