Yikes! Great dark and twisty plot going on here! Dying to see how you get Kerri out of this one. I'm seriously hoping for a scene in which Dean gets to kick Bramhurst's a**!

It's getting worse and worse. Dean've been bewitched by the painting. He tried to destroy it but didn't work. Kerri is still weak and William is suspicious about her and Sam. Captivating and so suspenseful story, can't wait to know what'll happen next.

I knew it couldn't be so simple as to just burn the painting.  Can't wait to see what it will take to get rid of it.  I have enjoyed the story so far -- especially liked the reasons why Dean didn't want to see Kerri and Sam's understanding of why they wouldn't work.

Terrific chapter devonshire. Dean is finally out and free but they can't leave the mansion. The painting did something to Kerri, it must be it,  the cursed artifact. Captivating so far, can't wait for more.

hhhmmmm - do I detect a hint of Dorian Grey? Thank you for getting Dean out of the wall. Loved him sprawled on the bathroom floor. And do be careful with Kerri - she's much too good of a character to lose! Hope you are feeling better... your post really made my day - in fact, I've been saving it for my "bedtime" story. As always, looking forward to the next chapter.

I still don't trust William and I am happy that Sam isn't too trusting either. But the roads being washed out...this cannot be good for our intrepid hunters...

I'm loving the suspense, but pllleeeaassee get Dean out of the wall! Is it just me or is the older Mr. Creepy von get-in-her-pants even creepier than the younger one? Could it be a family affair of some kind? Is it possible that Charlotte is also in on "spinning the web"?

Author's Response: dont worry, dean will be out of there soon. there is only one mr. bramhurst. he's about 50ish and he's the one kerri's with now.  i dont know who the younger man is?  l hope i didnt type it wrong. :(

Yay, another update! I love how Dean totally turned the tables on Sam yet again. Poor Sam...he never sees it coming before it's too late.

So we are bringing Kerri back to "marry" Sam. All I can say is that this has to be interesting.

I loved the fighting between Dean and Sam. The fact that Dean can sit there and sing in front of a diner full of people just shows what lengths he is willing to go to to annoy his brother. And Sam with the staring game...who knew that was all it took to get to Dean!

The new case sounds very interesting so I can't wait til they get started!

I enjoyed very much Something Lost and I liked Kerri, great to see her back in this story. Great start devonshire. Banter, angst, women going missing linked to a millionaire. Dean has still a problem with Kerri about not wanting to be attached. Can't wait for more.
