What a coincidence to find Dr. Mercer working at the hospital. Okay, that sounds blatantly obvious when I put it like I did---doctor working in a hospital. but you know what I mean.

OH what a twist at the end! Don't know if I hate John for his blind devotion to the hunt or love Caleb for the lie to ease Dean's mind. Either way, you're right, Dean in whatever shape he's in is indeed beautiful.

I know you wrote this story some time ago, but I'm just now finding it. I loved it! I like the way you write the boys' humor along with their pain. I also loved reading your humorous comments about writing the story and about the reviews you received. The story was like a good book you just can't put down. You want to get to the end but when you do, you want more. Loved the twist at the end.
