i have to admit that i was totally skeptical of this story at first just because you went and mangaled someone as pretty as dean (lol) but i find i am totally enjoying this story and i think you're doing an excellent job with dean's emotions and i totally am glad that sam smacked him at the part with the little girl coz that was just plain cruel. also, when they were fighting and sam said he understood, i totally thought dean was going to rip his head off but i really liked that you had dean confess his feelings instead. awesome job. i can't wait to find out what happens next.

did you really have to finish this story because i love it. i really like the waythe story goes and can u add another chapter lmao. talk about loving the story when i first read it i read 15 chapters in a day and finished up till like 35 in a week. lmao. congrats on the awesome story. i might read it again if i have the time

It's going to be one long walk out of the forrest.  Can't wait to read it. Another great chapter -- Dean rescuing Sam, Bobby getting hit by an arrow and finally ending the Spirit.  Loved the lines you gave Bobby -- Cupid and love hurts :)

One cliff hanger after another, how do you keep it up -- definitely impressed.  Knew Sam was so in trouble climbing that tree. Nasty that he would get hurt in the fall and still be stuck in the tree.  Jenny

That was a terrific update. It was great to see Sam and Bobby left Dean hunting alone until he got injured. Now, they're together, they're very close to get that pouch. Can't wait for more.

Just wanted to tell you that I love your story! The announcement what this story was about caught my attention immediately. I have a friend who has lost his left foot and the pain, fears and anger he was going through was so much like you described Dean's situation. Also you have very accurate knowledge of all the medical and prosthesis details. My friend has a black high tec carbon/fiberglass leg and one for cosmetic purposes, just you told us Dean would have. He made life work for him - but it was tough. At first I thought your story was too long, but there is just no way squeezing this long process of development into a short story. I believe Dean will be alright as you assured us. You have a wonderful way of writing. Can't wait for the continuation!
