You knooooooow..*rubs chin thoughtfully*..I think Dean wouldnt shut his mouth, cuz he was trying to keep Sammy distracted on November 2nd. :P Great story, it was very sweet. :)

Loved it! All the thoughts you had running in Sam's head were great!---and funny.

Author's Response: Thanks for reading and commenting, I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

Very funny!  Air injection reactor failure----loved that line!  There are so many jewels in this piece.  I kept re-reading it and laughing.  This definitely should cheer Angela!

Author's Response: Thanks Shannon!

You didn't perhaps spend a day with our brother Jake before you wrote this?  Lol.  Amazing what worry will make you discuss, or listen to for that matter.  Thank you so much for writing this for Angela, hopefully she'll be able to tell you that for herself soon.  All of us want everyone who wrote a story for our sister to know how much we appreciate it.  Thanks again, Sam, Jake and Nate

Author's Response:

I hope Angela enjoys it, I had fun writing it.  Thanks so much for reading and commenting.

Liked this picture of the brothers day to day lives - ok so this was not a "normal day", but their coping mechanisms were interesting. Liked the role reversal - Dean blabbering and Sam being the silent one, giving Dean what he needed. The topics for discussion were very funny - typical Dean!

Author's Response: Thanks!

I loved picturing this, perfect example of their dynamics.  Dean rattling on and Sammy just letting him be.  Them being brothers, there for each other.

Lovely and engrossing snippet into their lives and I totally enjoyed it.

I sure wish I had more time to read, I bet you have some treasures out there.  I love how you write.  Later, B.J.

Author's Response:

BJ, thank you so much for your kind words, and for reading!  I very much appreciate it.

What a great Sam monologue.  The long suffering acceptance of those things he needed - delightful.

Not sure about John dying on Nov 2nd though.   May 2nd now?  I'd go for that.

Loved it nevertheless - thanks for a great story.

Phoebe

Author's Response:

I thought I'd read somewhere John was Nov 2 too...however it might have been a fanfic, and no one I asked seemed to know.  So, ya know, artistic liberty?  LOL

Thanks so much Phoebe.

Laura,

loved nonstop Dean.  I can see him jabbering on and on.  Definitely take notice if that man walked into a room.  Loved Sam letting Dean take care of him, and potty training part two, too funny.  And freeze plugs, I could only imagine they would melt in Dean's hands.  LOL

Crystal

Author's Response:

Thanks so very much Crystal!

and just exactly how to properly install an air injection reactor, which, yeah, what the hell was that anyway, and did it go on the car, or was Dean using one to keep up his monologue?

excellent! Cute piece Laura, Dean babbling may give Sam a headache, but i think i could watch these lips move for a while...

Author's Response:

I'm with you on that Fredo.  Thanks for reading and commenting.

That was a lovely piece - very cute. Love the idea of Dean's mouth in overdrive *daydreams of that mouth....*

Anyway - where was I? Oh, Dean's mouth - in overdrive. Lips on speed... and poor Sam fighting with a headache and having to listen to the running monologue - priceless.

Nice job, Laura. I'm sure Angela will love this.

Jules

Author's Response: Thanks.  Dean's mouth---hhmmmm

Awesome story!  I laughed all the way through this one.  Loved seeing Sam's thoughts are Dean's nonstop talking.

Potty training, round two!  LOL!  :)

“Sorry about yesterday.  I sort of left you alone.”

“Naw Sammy, you didn’t.”  Dean slid into the chair opposite Sam, happy grin all over his face as he dished up breakfast.  “We made it through another one, together.  That’s all I care about.  November second came and went and you and I are still here.”

Very nice job, only the very best can truly babble their way through a bad day... ;)  Kel

Author's Response:

I can babble through anything, once I babbled through a hold-up, the guy probably thought of shooting me just to shut me up...hehehe.

Thanks Kel!

A motormouth Dean... wow, i love it. A wonderful story --  you really painted a lovely picture, Laura. I particularly loved the stream-of-consciousness description of the various topics that Dean covered in his rambling monologue. Wonderfully wacky and diverse :) Freeze plugs? Like I said, wacky!  Loved this story.

Author's Response:

You have Vanessa to thank for the freeze plugs, she found those...hehehe

Thanks so much, I'm glad you enjoyed this.  I sort of like motor-mouth Dean too.

As I mentioned before, I can so totally see Dean chattering on and on and on and on non-stop.  Both when he's freaked and when he's trying to distract Sammy from bad memories.

Great little story for Angela.

Author's Response:

Thanks again for the car parts assistance...hehehe  And for reading.
